Overview

Get people to identify beforehand their abilities and vulnerabilities in the case of a “natural” disaster. Ie: Fire, Flooding, Earthquake, Cop-riots, Power outages, Heat waves, Blizzards, Hurricane, etc. to establish relief/aide procedures.
