Overview

Both Procedural and Ethical Dilemmas end in either Resolution: agreement / validation of the Dilemma presented OR Dismissal: disagreement / refutation of the Dilemma Based on a ⅔ majority consensus

For the member introducing the Dilemma, Resolution increases the Billings Score by 66% Dismissal decreases the Billings score by 66%
