Overview

Ethical dilemmas should be resolved in a manner that is as representative of the overall EVR community as is practical. Language fluency represents the upper limit of inclusivity for that process.

Regional language families represent the largest arbitrator pool possible.

Where it occurs/ how we initiate it

Self identified? Language detected? Do we need people to ‘prove’ that they can speak another language,
